Selling translation and localization is unique and notoriously problematic, not least because we support all industries and prospects and prospect companies differ wildly in terms of how they approach and evaluate language service providers.
‘Buyer Maturity’ can be an issue and we have many LSPs with almost identical offers so true differentiation can be difficult.
Add to that the challenges of reaching decision makers in an age when there are so many calls on their attention; it’s not easy 😉
