This module attempts to capture a systematic approach to AI implementation within an LSP’s internal processes. It is important to integrate technical development and implementation into the business strategy, as AI is both a means of improving productivity and delivering cost-effective services, as well as a tool to promote the business, retaining existing customers and attracting new ones.
