With over twenty years of experience in the industry, Rita adds a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, bringing together a proven track record of success in helping language service providers (LSPs) and enterprises optimize their talent strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Rita’s extensive experience across language services, working with some of the industry’s biggest and most successful brands, (Transperfect, Acolad, Google, Apple), has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in managing and developing their talent pool. She has a proven ability to help language teams attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring that their organizations have the skilled resources necessary to meet the evolving needs of their clients.
Rita’s love for languages has been the most constant thing in her life. She studied Linguistics and has been working in this field ever since. She started her career as a researcher in Terminology, but ended up developing many additional skills and has worked as an independent language consultant. During this period she collaborated on-site with companies such as Apple and Google. She subsequently entered the world of LSPs and worked as a Project Manager, Vendor Manager, and Terminologist for many years. She is also the host of the popular “The Language Worker” podcast.
