Lena Marg is a recognized leader in the localization and AI space, with over 20 years of experience spanning machine translation program design, workflow deployment, and strategic consulting for global enterprises. As former Head of Machine Translation & AI Operations at Welocalize, Lena led  international teams in deploying AI-driven translation solutions and pioneering the adoption of generative AI and LLMs for Fortune 500 clients. She is known for her ability to bridge linguistic, technical, and business needs, and has chaired, contributed to and presented at  major industry forums such as GALA, TAUS, MT Summit, EAMT and LT Innovate.. Lena’s passion for language extends beyond localization—she recently launched a linguistics club for children in South London, inspiring the next generation of language enthusiasts.

Elaine Curran brings nearly two decades of hands-on expertise in AI-driven localization, translation technology, and program management. As Senior AI/MT Program Manager at Welocalize, Elaine oversaw global machine translation initiatives, led quality evaluation programs, and educated clients and partners on best practices in AI and post-editing. She has served on the Executive Board of the Association for Machine Translation in the Americas (AMTA), shaping industry standards and thought leadership. Elaine is celebrated for her practical, results-driven approach to AI implementation, and her ability to translate complex technology into real-world value for clients worldwide.
