As video becomes a primary source of information and education, the demand for localised multimedia content is increasing. This growing demand has led clients to look for faster and more cost-effective solutions. Traditional video localisation relies heavily on human effort and struggles to reduce costs and speed up delivery times. This session will explore the application of AI technology to various tasks typical of multimedia localisation, such as transcription, subtitling, voice-over generation and translation.
The proposed exercise at the end of this module will be to make a selection of two or three potential AI providers using the systematic method explained during the session.
