The Concept

Our idea is to create a community, a safe space for LSPs to share their challenges, get unbiased advice and work on common solutions.

Each company will be able to send anyone in their team, or multiple people if they wish.

In that sense people can drop in when they have a particular tech question or concern.

We will also have a private LinkedIn group to centralise information and meeting notes, takeaways etc.

All companies will need to sign an NDA so that they do not share info about each other, especially in the public domain.

The sessions will be led by Laura and Rita, who will choose the topics or themes based on input and feedback from the participants.

So one week we might focus on TMs, the next on connectors, the next on QA tech etc.

But people will have the LinkedIn group and direct contact with the team to submit questions relating to anything really.

We also intend to invite bring technology industry leaders from product, LSP and enterprise sector from time to time to share info on latest trends.

And then?

It may be that eventually your needs change, or you decide you need more hands-on help.

At that point you can discuss directly with Laura and Rita and they can propose other solutions etc.

We have been using this model successfully for the Group Coaching for Client Acquisition and people seem to like the ‘safe space’, they are building new relationships and even planning collaborations together, it is quite inspiring.

Next Steps

In order to register, we would just need one contact for invoicing, plus your usual invoicing details, and one contact who will receive the weekly invites.

That person can then share the meeting link internally, and as mentioned,
anyone can drop in at any meeting.

We hope this answers most of the obvious questions, but let us know if we have left anything out and if this sounds like something you would like to be involved in!
